Perhaps Gerald Barnes, Bishop of the Diocese of San Bernardino, could take a lesson from Cardinal Muller since Barnes just issued an edict to all priests, deacons and other administrators in his diocese that they are prohibited from addressing any matters on voting with their parishioners. Presumably that means he will be unable to place his Barnes for Biden sign on his front lawn.
