Either you don’t understand how third generation vaccines work or you’re intentionally misleading people. I don’t pretend to know your particular motives, but there is no mechanism for Moderna’s vaccine candidate or anyone else’s to change any of your DNA. And even if it could, exactly what would it change and why?
