The corporations "take orders" from the U.S. consumers. If we Americans would stop buying all that Chinese crap the problem would be solved.
However, we Americans always want more and more stuff and the Chinese offer it cheap, cheaper and cheapest. So, Americans, "stuff-starved," will continue to fund the cheap Chinese crap.
Put the blame where it belongs: the US consumers.
And always remember: China LIES, LIES and LIES. That is as consistent as the Americans' need for more and more and more and more stuff they don't need.
