No, they’re certainly not Catholic, but neither are any of the other Catholic education organizations around the world.
I left the church some years ago. I have very personal, scarring, and legitimate reasons for doing so, but even still, I harbor no ill will towards the good clergy, nuns, priests, and lay Catholics, because I know they are there.
