Did you forget that MAYBE male pornstars needed some drugs, that is, "extra help" to get it up and keep it up for all/some of those pornmovies?
Not really, since that has been common since long before those little blue pills were invented. As was the practice of closeted gay men marrying women and fathering children with them, which kind of required them to be able to get and maintain an erection.
I do find it extremely funny that women see themselves as qualified to lecture a man about erections though.
