Whittaker Chambers as a young man had a period when he lived the homosexual lifestyle, but later left that and married a woman. I have never heard it alleged that he ever went back to the homosexual world.

My mother belonged to a Republican women's group and my father would go to the meetings with her. After her death he continued to attend and I sometimes went with him. One month the speaker was an "ex-gay" man. He seemed very sincere. That was more than 10 years ago and I don't remember his name.

Interesting post. If Chambers did revert I am sure he kept it secret. All I am saying is that you are not going to find a dane, educated woman who will be with a man who was “previously” a homosexual. Why? Because he will always be a homosexual.
