What in the world is that?
Throughout our history there have been those in religious authority who have behaved in ways contrary to the command of the Lord God.
The Old Testament is repleat with examples of such sacriligious peoples.
In my opinion it is why so very many so called “Christian Pastors, Priests, Parsons”, etc...) preach ONLY the New Testament.
They, like the Taliban, the Communists, and the Anarchists in todays democrat party wish to eliminate ALL KNOWLEDGE of HISTORY. They do not want anyone to know of the history of the Lord God’s Wrath when provoked by humans beyond all tolerance. They do not want people to know of Soddom and Gammorah.
God promised He would never again wipe evil man from earth with a great flood but, he never promised not to punish abhorrent behaviour.
