The actual quote: “...are you angry with me because on the Sabbath I made a man’s whole body well? Do not judge by appearance, but judge with right judgement.”
One that makes a right judgement might not be righteous.
Christ replied to the Jews that if they can circumcise a young male on the Sabbath overriding the duty to observe the Sabbath rest lawfully, then how much more should the whole body participate in the blessings of the new covenant on the Sabbath.
