Same perp? Age is right: KALISPELL - Three Kalispell boys accused of setting fires, vandalism and thefts have been charged in Youth Court. Police say the boys set one fire that caused $50,000 damage to a home under construction. Others burned open land, while one was set at a home in which the occupant was sleeping. Anthony Weimer, 13; Charles Weimer, 15; and Scott Hadley, 13, are also accused of stealing a items, primarily cell phones, in a spree from August to September.
