Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Oh LORD, Our God,
How Majestic,
How Wonderful,
How Excellent is Your Most Holy Name!
You Alone Are Worthy to be Praised and Worshiped,
for You Alone Are the Most High,
Ancient of Days,
Rock Of Ages,
The All-In-All,
Aleph~Tav,
Alpha and Omega!
It is a Joy to Praise You,
Because You Are So Awesome in Your Glory,
Endlessly Creative,
Infinitely Just and Righteous,
Eternally Holy and Pure,
Yet Incredible Patient and Forgiving,
Slow to Anger, and Full of Love!
Your Memorial Name that You Gave us for All Generations,
YHVH, I AM,
Declares Your Existence to the world.
You Are The Great I AM,
The One and Only,
The Beginning and The End.

LORD, We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
In Bondage in Hostile lands.

We Pray For Our President,
And other Leaders of Our Beloved USA
May They Receive Wisdom from You
To do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

From about the 1960's onward, it became a fashion in the Christian Church to make lots of banners. This was an entirely appropriate thing to do, since "raising a banner" is one of the Hebrew Worship Words we looked at. (That lesson was accompanied by the story about the Iwo Jima Tableau at my ninth-grade assembly program). And so, banners are Scriptural, and cross denominational lines.

Some banners are magnificent, using all the techniques of tapestry, weaving, embroidery, quilting, and other fiber arts. Some, on the other hand, are simple constructions of cut and pasted felt. Many banners have messages in some kind of font, but this is tricky, to cut letters out and applique' them onto the banner. The words have to be legible from afar and fit into the design. Usually, a one-word message is sufficient. And that word is often synonymous with today's Hebrew Worship Word.

JOY.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

"He was delivered up for our trespasses and raised for our justification." (Romans 4:25)

God Bless America!

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Amen !!!

Psalm 124

A Song of Ascents. Of David.

1 If it had not been the Lord who was on our side
—let Israel now say—
2 if it had not been the Lord who was on our side,
when our enemies attacked us,
3 then they would have swallowed us up alive,
when their anger was kindled against us;
4 then the flood would have swept us away,
the torrent would have gone over us;
5 then over us would have gone
the raging waters.

6 Blessed be the Lord,
who has not given us
as prey to their teeth.
7 We have escaped like a bird
from the snare of the fowlers;
the snare is broken,
and we have escaped.

8 Our help is in the name of the Lord,
who made heaven and earth.
