He is totally saying that they have already obtained salvation without any, any, acceptance of Jesus Christ. So all Muslims, Buddhist, Satanist, atheists are all going to Heaven.
You Catholics voted this guy into office and I would not be surprised if he is actually a worshiper of Satan, sent here to destroy the last vestiges of the Catholic church
