The OT Scripture was recognized as such by Jesus Himself and He didn't need any man to tell Him otherwise.
As for the homo and pedo priests, their Masses are valid, however, they drink the their own condemnation, just as Judas did at the Last Supper.
For a religion that takes the high moral ground over others as Catholicism does, they sure cut themselves a lot of slack.
