“or the right of the people peaceably to assemble,” Governors have no authority to close any business, mush less “non-essential” ones. Peaceably assembling includes going to a restaurant, a church, a family gathering, to the park, etc. Every restaurant or other establishment that has been forced to close by a local, or statewide official should be sued and if any judge knows the constitution, they will win. These are unconstitutional dictatorial fiats.
