After meeting with His Holiness Patriarch Neofit of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian Holy Synod yesterday, April 9, Prime Minister Boyko Borisov reiterated that he cannot and will not close the churches for Palm Sunday, Holy Week, and Pascha.
