The Last Crisis We are living in the time of the end. The fast-fulfilling signs of the times declare that the coming of Christ is near at hand. The days in which we live are solemn and important. The Spirit of God is gradually but surely being withdrawn from the earth. Plagues and judgments are already falling upon the despisers of the grace of God. The calamities by land and sea, the unsettled state of society, the alarms of war, are portentous. They forecast approaching events of the greatest magnitude.

The agencies of evil are combining their forces and consolidating. They are strengthening for the last great crisis. Great changes are soon to take place in our world, and the final movements will be rapid ones.

EG White doesn’t pass the prophet test. She is a denier of scripture. She has led many astray with her false visions that do not line up with scripture.

I am not here to defend a prophet, or even make that claim. You are entitled to your opinion, which is all it is, like I am entitled to share the excerpt. Sorry you feel so threatened or feel you must defend your opinion and yet missimg or swallowing the “camel” in your entitled zeal to defend something or other.

The point of the post is to 1) JESUS is coming soon—are you ready -and- 2) weigh the times and the seasons.

Even now, amidst what is at hand, we are still sectarian in our thinking and waving this or that banner—yet not the banner of Christ and His Comimg is nigh.

Don’t miss the camel for the gnat FRiend. For in claiming you KNOW, you assume responsibility, not just for yourself, but for others. Thank you for your opinion btw.

Godspeed

Some of the Holy Spirit’s influence MAY be beginning to be withdrawn. But He will NOT be completely withdrawn until the Believers who are indwelt by Him are taken out/up in the Rapture. The Holy Spirit came to Earth on Pentecost and infilled all the Believers. He has indwelt all new believers since then.
2 Thessalonians 2:7 and context says the wicked one is working to corrupt the world, but He that is hindering satan will continue hindering him until He be taken out of the way. (Para). The Holy Spirit will not be completely taken out of the Earth until the Church, the Spirit-filled believers whom He indwells, are taken out in the Rapture of the Church; the body of Born Again Believers.

The Holy Spirit is being slowly withdrawn. With it, Yetzer Ha Tov, the inclination in people to do good or what’s right, also people’s protection against demonic forces and influence.

Far be it from us, God retract His Spirit from us. God Most High is still Sealing His People. Regardless of one’s position on the Tribulation, (Pre-Trib, Mid-Trib or Post-Trib) as we draw nearer to the Time of Trouble, the exact sequence of final events will become more clear regarding this.

Our Focus should be on being ready, abandoning our sin and idolatry in all it’s forms, purely by the cleansing Blood of Christ and the Regeneration of His Holy Spirit.

Let us take heed and lesson from The Parable of The Ten Virgins in Matthew 25:

People of God Most High, “look up, your redemption draweth nigh” Luke 21:28

Lest, fear befall those that do not repent, humble themselves and rend their souls before The LORD Almighty.

Luke 21:26 (KJV)
26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.

MARANATHA! LORD come quickly.

Jesus is coming soon

"But of that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone."

Nor you nor I, either. Jesus may just be biding his time. He may not come back for 5,000 more years. No one knows.

While it is true that “no man knows the day or the hour” Matthew 24:36, prophetically this World does not have 5,000 more years.

While many would rather choose to plat devil’s advocate and rouse the people to carry on as they please or have been—nothing happening here—we are nonetheless on the prophetic time clock.

Your point negates the words of Jesus himself in relation to weighing the time of His Coming,

“Now learn a Parable of the ‘FIG-TREE.’ When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth LEAVES, ye know that summer is nigh: so likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it, is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This GENERATION shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”
Matt. 24:32-35.

Something as eventful as The Second Advent, God would reveal to His People, according to Amos 3:7, “Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets”
While indeed it cares repeating that He has NOT promised to “reveal the day or the hour”, but God is also not willing that His Servants be caught off guard.

Ultimately, if Christ does not come in the next 5 or 10 years, but one dies before then, then His Coming is nigh at the point of death. The point here is we consider His coming to be sooner than we’d expect, because it would be human nature to exploit security or perceived time given.

Not wise FRiend to rouse dismissively one or other’s grasp of the nearness of God’s Kingdom, when the reality is that His Coming is Always At Hand, and we’re only one breath away the moment we die.

Not to mention given the current state of the world do people rationally get the notion things are getting better and man will triumph over evil and even the present setbacks without God’s intervention is foolish and according to the Bible, there would also be those that would mock the time of His coming, in 2 Peter 3:3-4, “Above all, you must understand that in the last days scoffers will come, scoffing and following their own evil desires. 4 They will say, “Where is this ‘coming’ he promised? Ever since our ancestors died, everything goes on as it has since the beginning of creation.”

So the way I see it, we’re right on schedule.

MARANATHA!!! JESUS is coming soon!!

“I am not here to defend a prophet, or even make that claim. You are entitled to your opinion, which is all it is, like I am entitled to share the excerpt.”

Yes Jesus is coming! However you posted an excerpt from Ellen White, a false prophet and that is not my opinion.

Deuteronomy 18:22 – “When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.”

Jeremiah 28:9 – “As for the prophet who prophesies of peace, when the word of the prophet comes to pass, the prophet will be known as one whom the LORD has truly sent.”

100 % accuracy is required, that is not MY OPINION but the very Word of God.

It is not sectarian to point out that you are posting excerpts from a false prophet. I’m simply warning those that read it, who do not know Gods Word and may have their ears tickled by Ellen Whites’ writing.

Ellen White was a false prophetess. Her promotion of Sabbath-keeping as a primary doctrine in the church goes against the clear teaching of the New Testament on the matter (Romans 14:5).

Her “revelation” that hell is not eternal contradicts Jesus’ words concerning “eternal punishment” in Matthew 25:46.

Her teaching that the sins of believers will be placed on Satan, the “scapegoat” (The Great Controversy, p. 422, 485), is the opposite of what the Bible says about who bore our sins (see 1 Peter 2:24).

Her identification of Jesus as Michael the archangel (Jude 1:9, Clear Word Bible, published by Review and Herald Publishing Association, 1994) is a denial of the true nature of Christ.

And one could go on and on.

Lastly I do not feel threatened, I am secure that Jesus will keep me, but yes I am zealous for the truth.

The seventh-day is the sabbath of God Most High. You purport to be a discerner of truth, yet you deny the sabbath truth throughout the Bible. So is evident your zeal is not against Ellen White, whose writings are in the U.S. Library of Congress, but against the sabbath of The Lord.

The Apostle Paul had zeal, but was wrong, until he received more light from Jesus himself. It is not your saviness, zeal or your denomination that saves, but JESUS The Life Giver. Only by His Holy Spirit may the sabbath truth be revealed mysteriously to those who may be most undeserving, but ignorance of Bible facts does not invalidate the veracity of a perpetual covenant, as that of the seventh day sabbath.

The Seventh Day Sabbath will be kept in the New Heavens and the New Earth according to Isaiah 66:22-23:

22 “As the new heavens and the new earth that I make will endure before me,” declares the Lord, “so will your name and descendants endure. 23 From one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another, all mankind will come and bow down before me,” says the Lord.

The Fourth Commandment is the only commandment that begins with “Remember”, because The Most High knew this eternal precept would be forgotten, thanks to the Roman Emperor, Constantine, who only partially converted to christianity and adopted the pagan day of sun worship to replace the christian sabbath, in the year 321 A.D. This rather inconvenient truth is so often ignored or other excuses cited for the keeping of Sun-day, like in honor of The Resurrection or that the sabbath was for the jews, etc.

The truth is that all Sun-day worshipping forms of christianity, by doing so, acknowledge the Roman Catholic Papal Authority and thus follow traditions of men rather than of God Most High.

So you want to talk about itching ears? Look into your own history of replacing God’s Eternal Sabbath for a false day of worship and a purely man-made, over reaching authority, not founded in Scripture. That is why JESUS, The Living Word, said there would also be those that would teach others to break God’s Commandments in Matthew 5:17-20:

17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

18 For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.

19 Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Again, you said yourself. It goes on and on. FRiend, say what you want about this or that false prophet, and there are many, but in your zeal don’t support being a law breaker to make your point or make less of God’s Holy Sabbath Day. Go on keeping your Sunday for the historical reasons factually, not made up theology not founded in scripture, lest you make yourself also to be a prophet and a false one at that. Just don’t deny others’ discovery pathway to truth and working against scripture in your arguments. If you follow tradition, follow it for what it is and don’t deny truth to others like I am not denying telling you the truth now.

May God Most High reveal His Sabbath Truth to earnest truth seekers and zealous servants like yourself.

Sabbath-keeping is not a saving truth, like believing on Jesus for remission of sin, but a Blessing, for God Himself instituted it!! Obedience to God’s Law is a fruit of The Holy Spirit. We are not to be minimalists in obedience and submission to God. Psalm 119, the longest Psalm in the Bible, exalts The Law of God, which includes the Seventh Day Sabbath!

If JESUS shed His Blood for you and thereby you are now Redeemed. If JESUS loves you and granted you His Pardon, Remission of Sins, grants you His Love and His Holy Spirit, why not obey Him? If you could throw away His Law, would that not be easier than shedding The Precious Blood of Emmanuel? Jesus died for the remission of our sins according to the Commandment and thereby upheld and vindicated God’s Law and the Immutability of God’s Perfect Character.

Jesus Himself again says:
“If you love Me, keep My commandments” ... God says, “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” John 14:15

Joh_14:21 “He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him.” Joh_14:24 “He who does not love Me does not keep My words; and the word which you hear is not Mine, but the Father’s who sent Me.

Be well and Godspeed.
