If you’re still waiting for the tribulation... spoiler alert.. It’s here. This may not be the final battle, but we are living through the Book of Revelation right now and prophecy is being fulfilled and... what was it that the Bible stated...
“there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.”

And so we are in the beginning as all these events get more rapid and come with greater intensity.

Here’s what Jesus says happens next:
“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me.”

Look at what is happening in China. It is a slaughter and the latest virus was an easy way for them to remove any more ‘dissidents’ as they would call them and throw their bodies in the incinerators with all the others they needed to dispose of.

But, here’s what I do like about what Christ said,
“Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened.”

Are we that generation or is it our children’s generation? It will all be over by our grandchildren’s generation. No, the Antichrist has not appeared, but once he does, that generation will not pass away until all these things have happened.

This ain’t it yet.

The burden of Damascus has never fallen.
The false prophet will fool people, not be a clownish object of ridicule.

Israel will need a protector, and that one is completely outside the realm of possibility until after She exhausts her nuclear arsenal in preceding wars.

The time is near, but it is not yet.

I do believe you are going to the very end. If you think about the entire book as a process, a process that could last 30 or more years, you take in parts of each chapter during interspersed timelines. For instance, would you agree we have encountered the second seal as described in Rev 6?
“When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!” And out came another horse, bright red; its rider was permitted to take peace from the earth, so that men should slay one another; and he was given a great sword.”

This was fulfilled in the 20th century. In 100 years, more wars than at any time of the past. Peace lost over and over again. There has not been an era pf peace for the whole world in the last 120 years.

And in the third seal we hear this:
“and I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures saying, “A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; but do not harm oil and wine!”

During this year we have lost more crops than at anytime in the past. Check out the related article on prophecy alert site. It shows the pictures of what awaits the farmers in this years harvest. Also think about the swarm in Africa, eating all the crops there. Famine is destined for this year. Prepare now. The Bible says it will happen and so it will.

The great era of peace is at the end of the present turmoil. It may not be the final end with the Antichrist, but he will be revealed in this way:

In Thes it says When people say, “There is peace and security,” then sudden destruction will come upon them

The Antichrist comes during a time of peace. And that most definitely is not now. But many things must happen according to prophecy before we see the Antichrist.

You are right to say the end is not now. And even when it is that time, it is not THE END, but a transition from one church age to the next. The Antichrist will bring a close to the current Church age, but there is another... Stay tuned for what that means...
