I read a column years ago by a priest whose last homily on birth control was in the 1980s; he had come out of the church after Mass to find his car covered with scratches from car keys.

He hadn't been telling the folks in the pews anything they didn't know; he was telling them something that they simply didn't want to hear.

Most in the pews now don’t know.The read the gospel for the Homily.There is no sin.There is no ,it’s a sin to sleep together.Priests that talk the truth have fulled churches.Me thinks we need a Saint to step in.I have no pity for Italy or the US.They choose their fate.In the end it will be the pro-lifers and the Muslims.
