Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Vindicate Me, Oh My God.
Will You Hide Your Face Forever?
Vicious Enemies Surround me On Every Side.
Will You Let them Go Unanswered?
Victory Seems So Far off.
With Disrespectful Taunting Words, they
Wound me again and again. Yet, Your
Word Will Stand Forever.
Vengeance is Yours. I
Will Rest in Your precepts, and
Will always have an answer, even
When Confronted by kings.

LORD, We Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Beseech You on Behalf of Our Captive Brethren,
Christians and Jews,
In Bondage in Hostile lands.

We Pray For Our President,
And other Leaders of Our Beloved USA
May They Receive Wisdom from You
To do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Today's Letter is Wow! It Symbolizes "Connection" and is used as a Conjunction in the Hebrew Language.

It Is also Pronounced "Vav" and serves as either a "V" or a "W", depending on how it is written. When placed in front of a word, it is a connector as in "Yad V'Shem" (The Hand of God). This is Because the Original symbol in Proto-Hebrew was that of a Fish Hook, which catches something and pulls it along.

As a Songwriter, I am constantly being told by Publishers that a Song Has to have a "HOOK", or it won't sell. The "Hook" is that part of the song that you NEVER FORGET. The Stanza Tells Us To Get The Word So Buried in Our Hearts, Like A Fishhook, that we will always have an answer, even before kings.

What struck me at Today's reading of the Psalm is that God's unfailing Love and Salvation inspires obedience, and not the other way around. We don't obey to "win" His Love. We obey because of His Love.

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

"Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 5:16)
