If it is embezzlement, why is law enforcement not involved in the investigation?
The UK has this peculiar group called Scotland Yard, they may know something about investigative methods for embezzelment.
The Vatican is actually a city State, or in other words like it’s own country. Therefore when an investigation of this type comes up it is handled internally rather than by local Authorities
