And that's exactly my point. In a true Republic, your Representatives would be people of intelligence and character, who actually understood the issues they voted on, and could read the laws they sponsored. The least we can do is display the incredible ineptitude many candidates have, and hopefully that would change a few voters' minds. Or at least get some of the retards to stop running for office.

FYI, this would be extended to all CongressCritter races the following election year. Hell, you'd think the parties themselves would be doing something like this to help ensure the candidates they offer are at least half-decent politicians.
