This is a very poorly written article.

ACC Liverpool is a type of conference center. They are the ones that canceled the event, or more accurately, are refusing to allow Graham and the organization, access to their conference center.

From the article it appears that event organizers, who profess Christ, suddenly decided to drop Graham because of his biblical position that the practice of homosexuality is a sin. This is not the case.
