Lets be Frank, it’s illegal either way and people who defend either outright or through splitting of hairs are disgusting either way. Yes, technically pedophilia refers to sex whith children who haven’t started puberty yet.
This is damaging to kids either way.
But pedophilia has come into general use as another term for statutory rape and neither the medical profession nor the legal profession own language despite the pompous airs they put on.
Where did I defend it? I merely pointed out the inaccuracy of claiming it’s due to men who want to have sex with children instead of placing the blame where it truly belongs: on homosexual men who need to recruit young adolescent boys into the perverted gay lifestyle.
