So serious, that those who do so will not be able to enter the Kingdom of God, for it is an act of rebellion against God.

This strikes me as misinformation. We are all sinners. Adultery is as much a sin as homosexuality, or theft, or bearing false witness.

Homosexual activity does not damn a person for all eternity, any more than other sins do.

We all need forgiveness and salvation.

That’s not what Scripture says, Scripture is very clear on this:

“Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.” (I Cor. 6:9-10)

“But among you there must not be even a hint of sexual immorality, or of any kind of impurity, or of greed, because these are improper for God’s holy people. Nor should there be obscenity, foolish talk or coarse joking, which are out of place, but rather thanksgiving. For of this you can be sure: No immoral, impure or greedy person—such a person is an idolater—has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God.” (Ephesians 5:3-5)

“Happy are those who wash their robes clean and so have the right to eat the fruit from the tree of life and to go through the gates into the city. But outside the city are the perverts and those who practice magic, the immoral and the murderers, those who worship idols and those who are liars both in words and deeds.” (Revelation 22:14-15, words of Jesus)

I would say that sins would damn us all for all eternity were it not for the forgiveness Jesus made available for us when he died for our sins, taking the punishment on Himself that would otherwise fall on each and every one of us.

That is the forgiveness and salvation that you most rightly say we all need.
