Studying God’s Word ping
Ain't that the truth (pun impossible to avoid).
I say to people who want to know if Jesus is the Messiah, "just study His character and words in the New Testament" and you will see that He is "true"...you will see that He is "self-evidently" the truth and ergo you will understand that He is the Salvation of mankind.
His character and very person transcend(s) the text of the Bible. If you just read about Him, He emerges from the text as a living being.
