Anybody who writes a screed that looks pro-Christian only to try to smash it ought to be roasted to the temperature of Hades.
A bad sign was that De Niro wanted said author to write a screenplay for his movie.
Well, that’s not for me to decide, but it will probably happen just as you say (the Hades part!)
And just think...if I hadn’t “experienced” this book exactly when I did, just in time for Today’s Magnificent Psalm, I would not have had that “experience” to write about, or for us to read the hysterically funny one-star reviews, or even have this fun conversation. So, it’s all good, and in God’s perfect timing.
And it only cost me a dollar. :-)
