The population of England is ~56 million, so 3 million is ~5.4% of the population. They have not passed any point of no return, and Brexit will help to stop forced immigration.

The US and UK are going to form a trade partnership where UK serves as prime broker between Europe and North America.
This trade arrangement is going to make the UK very rich and create jobs as never before. The British socialist experiment will wind down and NHS and the UK Government will not be doling out freebies that allow Muslim families to reach between 7 and 10 parity in families compared to Anglo parity 1.3.
Because of the US becoming a major oil exporter, having more than 10 x the proven reserves of Saudi Arabia in the Bakken alone, the UK is going to receive oil, gas and LNG into newly built UK port facilities and broker excess product into Europe. This new wealth will allow tax rates to recede as tremendous numbers of UK expats and massive offshore funds repatriate to Britain just as it is happening in the US. As this wealth expansion takes hold, British socialism will continue to decline and fall out of favor. The continued subsidization of Muslim populations will be ratcheted down if not eliminated.
The problem with Islam in the UK today is not that they suffer discrimination by Anglo bigots, but that they come as colonizers and not as added value agents to British society. They push their own version of Islamic law on British courts and feign as victims if any Brit should object.
And this colonization is not speculation. Muslim enclaves in France, Germany, Sweden and other Western cultures have not assimilated in decades. When I was in France in the 1970s and early 1980s, Muslims set up residence in small French towns and within 10 years no one recognized anything French about these towns. These were not versions of Chinatowns for tourists or for something different, they were beachheads for continued colonization. Luckily the French caught on and cut taxes massively for families that had 4 or more children which caused the decline in their population to reverse. They also enacted stricter immigration policies. But they still wrestle with political correctness but are more outspoken when it runs too far.
The British are slower to react because they fancy themselves more reserved and measured than other countries in Europe especially the French. But now that Brexit has kicked the Socialists in the teeth, the Brits have a green light to get back on track to returning to their cultural values. And the wealth creation that is coming to them will accelerate their return.
