Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

Abba, Father, How Wonderful You Are!
And LORD, Our God,
How Excellent is Your Name Over All the Earth!
You Alone Are Worthy To be Praised,
For You Alone Are The One true God of The Universe.
We Thank You, Father, For Your Holy Word,
Which You have allowed to be preserved through Your People,
We Thank You for Revealing Your Secrets Through Your Word,
To those who have will have eyes to see,
and ears to hear.
How Wonderful You Are,
How Holy and Righteous and Just in Your Judgments!
You Alone Are Worthy To Be Praised,
For You Alone Are The One True God!

Thank You LORD,
For This Assurance From Your Holy Word.
It Is hard to remember this sometimes,
when we look at the state of the world in which we live.
Forgive us for our lack of faith.

Father,
We Pray That You Will Write Your Word Upon Our Hearts,
So That We Will Not Fret Over The Evil Works Of the enemy,
But Will Trust in You,
and Do Good.

For the Sake of Your Anointed,
and For The Sake of Your Name,
We pray for the Peace of Jerusalem,
For Israel,
According to Your Word,
and Your Promise.

We Pray For Our President,
And other Leaders of Our Beloved USA
May They Receive Wisdom from You
To do the Right Thing.
We Pray For The Swift and Sure Coming of Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Establish His Kingdom,
and Make All Things Right.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen

Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem

The title of this Psalm tells us that it was written during a very stressful time in David's life, when he was on the run from Saul. It is very orderly in its arrangement:

Verses 1-2 invoke God to hear his prayer.

Verse 3 states his case

Verse 4, the very center of the Psalm, expresses confidence in the Lord

Verse 5 calls for redress

Verse 6 is a promise of praise and gratitude

Verse 7 expresses David's assurance that he is heard by God.

It is a good outline for prayer when we find ourselves in a stressful situation, which for most of us, is not a rare occasion!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)

God Bless America!

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

This Symbol Represents Christians in The Middle East, who desperately need our Prayers.

Hallelujah and Amen
