Islam's biggest problem is that it has never had to endure textual criticism the way the Bible has. Their scholars do not understand arguments from logic or reason. They do not understand philosophy. They make the strange claim that the Koran and Hadiths cannot be translated which only serves to protect the more embarrassing and troubling issues with Mohammed and Islam.

I will also point out that if the Koran cannot be translated it means that it also cannot be learned as you need to use a native language to learn Arabic. Therefore even if you are a native Arabic speaker you can never fully explain what Arabic actually is.
