Where is “Sola Scriptura” in the Bible?
Luckily there can be no obligation for a soul to have a human intermediary in order to be in God’s grace. We can go directly to the Source.
Would you have said ten years ago “Get out of the USA! It’s being led by a communist homosexual Islamophile”?
Powerful comment. Exceptionally well said.
People probably feel powerless to do anything about the embarrassment with the beanie hat. I think he will be tossed out if the collection plates start to dry up. The faithful need to send a message to the church.
“Ecological sin” = POPULATION CONTROL!!!
Don’t say that this Dope Francis did not warn Catholics of his intentions early in is reign. He took the name Francis after Saint Francis of Assisi. He was telling us he too would be for the birds just like his namesake.
Outstanding post, Missouri gal. Thank you.
1 Timothy 3:14-15
14 I hope to come to you soon, but I am writing these instructions to you so that, 15 if I am delayed, you may know how one ought to behave in the household of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and bulwark of the truth.
I still want it known to all why Pope Benedict had to resign. It wasn’t for health reasons....
All SIN is against God. Both the primary Hebrew & Greek words translated into English as “Sin” are archery terms, roughly meaning “You missed the target”.
What is the ‘target’?
The Greatest Commandment
“Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?
Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.
If we love anything more than we love God, we ‘miss the target’ and end up with collateral damage. Whether it is ‘loving my neighbor’s wife’ or loving my job more than God, all these cause collateral damage.
We call these collateral damages, “sins”, and they occur because we loved something more that we love God.
As many on this thread have already posted. the Pope’s “Ecological Sin”, i.e. damage to the environment, is really a sin against God. A greater form of “Ecological Sin” consists of loving “Mother Earth” (the creation) more than we love God (the Creator).
“I still want it known to all why Pope Benedict had to resign. It wasnt for health reasons....”
The Church has it’s own version of the Deep State. Another evil faction of Globalism.
It is now beyond obvious that there were Deep Fake pictures of Pope (now Emeritus) Benedict with various alter kiddies. Keep in mind he’s still alive well over 6 years after his “retirement.” They wanted this outright communist whose name he chose shares the same root as San Francisco. This is why I don’t have any friends named “Frank.” (Actually, that’s a coincidence as well as sarcasm, but the implication is still clear.)
If we sin against the earth, do we confess our sins to Gaia? Pachamama? Molech?
11th commandment don’t you know.
Faulty comparison.
At it’s very core, catholicism is idolatry; a demonic facade created for wealth, control and power; a cult.
Research the Pope’s audience hall, the design was intentional and blasphemous. It’s a nose thumb at God and his word. As of late though, it’s now more in the open and in your face.
Sounds like you have a thesis to nail to the church house door ready to go.
Couldn’t agree with you more.
I was shocked by the audience hall when I first saw pics of it a few years ago
