How does a business ‘celebrate’ queerness? Encourage queer behavior in the workplace. Permit queers to engage in their sexual predilections on the job in special ‘affection rooms’ ?

Acknowledging is one thing, tolerating is another,
but ‘celebrating’ implies there can only be one approved response. Sounds UnAmerican to me.
