The best answer here is to simply refuse to do it, and take the “zero” for the assignment.
As tempting as it is to take this stuff to court, it’s pretty much a loser every time. The idea that there is some sort of salvation in court is the wrong tactic. Simply refusing to comply, defend your position that I will never say that there is “no god but allah” who is IMHO = Satan.
