How does the a state or anyone other than a LSOTP employee have standing to sue to implement a policy that has been overruled by the SC. What’s to stop any person from suing to do anything that is illegal over and over until they get a favorable ruling
Right now, not much to my knowledge. Suing for malicious abuse of power is yet another court case.
