Would St. Paul be politically active if he was an American citizen today?

If Paul was alive today he would be doing the same thing he did 2000 years ago. Preaching the Gospel and planting Churches.
To: SeekAndFind
He would either be in prison or a fugitive.

Hed probably say something like ...
Put on, as Gods chosen ones, holy and beloved, heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if one has a grievance against another; as the Lord has forgiven you, so must you also do. And over all these put on love, that is, the bond of perfection. And let the peace of Christ control your hearts, the peace into which you were also called in one Body. And be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, as in all wisdom you teach and admonish one another, singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God. And whatever you do, in word or in deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Paul used the legal and political system to get a free ride to Rome. To preach to Caesar.
Festus to Agrippa to Caesar.

More importantly, would he be able to correctly apply the subjunctive verb mood when writing headlines?

Indeed. Even a casual reading of the Book of Acts gives us a Paul who is a Roman Citizen, with the rights, responsibilities, and duties of a Citizen. Even when an official remarked that his own citizenship had cost a lot of money, Paul replied "But I was BORN a Citizen!"
When he appealed to Caesar to hear his case, it even precluded his release. "This man could have been released if he hadn't appealed to Caesar!"
There was also an incident where he was about to be flogged by a Roman, and avoided it by announcing his Citizenship.
While Paul's "Citizenship" in the Kingdom of Heaven was Paramount, he did not discard his "citizenship" in the Roman Empire. Of Course, he now used it as a way of furthering the Gospel.

“Preaching the Gospel and planting Churches.”
We have enough churches. I think Paul would be correcting and rebuking churches. The problem is almost all wouldn’t listen.

Certainly Jude and Peter would.

No. St. Paul would be in prison on charges of lying to the FBI in a fake investigation of a hoax.
While there he would write letters that would end up inspiring Christian faith for the rest of time.

Second, the political system itself is flawed, but not because the Founding Fathers lacked wisdom but because human beings run the political system. What is the end result of the votes of 150,000,000 sinners?
