Coreg + a small amount of lisonopril did the trick for me. Had to go through a lot of trial and error to find the right combination. HIHGLY recommend getting your own BP cuff and take BP regularly. Start a log book and write down the time of the mess and BP every even hour. It helps with the analysis. Also, insist on a sleep apnea test.
