Every female “pastor” I have spoken to, to date, had about as theological depth as a tidal pool. There may be some out there that are good, but from my personal experience, don’t expect them to know what the hell they are talking about.
Of course, most pastors, in general are pretty damned light on their theological understandings as well... so its not exactly a problem with a particular gender.
Every theologian I have met that has a good, solid, deep understanding of theology, whether it be Christian or Jewish theology, have been male.
The women who clamor most loudly for ordination are manifestly unfit for ministry.
