Never ceases to amaze me how little regard some RCs have for the very book they claim to have given everyone. So says the guy who is now resourcing non-scriptural texts. Sounds hypocritical to me.

Acts 17:10,11 tells us all we need to know here.

“And the brethren immediately sent away Paul and Silas, by night unto Berea; who coming thither went into the synagogue of the Jews.”
“THESE were more noble than those at Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and SEARCHED the SCRIPTURES daily, whether THOSE THINGS WERE SO.”
If the RCC had been the “noble” ones like Paul pointed out, doctrines and traditions of men would have NEVER been accepted. Because they are DIAMETRICALLY OPPOSED TO SCRIPTURE.
