So your position is that the first amendment protection of freedom to practice one's religion, and the freedom to self-associate with those you choose to do not apply to the church, its congregants, or their faith-based business?
You have previously said you do not favor a law forcing the business to accept the child, but you continue to demean the day care's practice of their religious principles. It's a curious juxtaposition.

I hold that they are perfectly within their rights and it was a tough call. I come down opposed to their decision with respect and love. And with an understanding that they are indeed under attack. I think that there was a better way to handle this by taking the children in and educating them in the same way that the school systems take our children and miseducate them.
My point is that the gospel of jesus is MORE powerful than the gospel of progressivism. And where is our faith in it.
