Sin is sin...and Jesus welcomed all...
These folks take a snippet of the Christs words and actions and misapply and extrapolate it to justify their own sinning lives...even if you dont believe in Jesus...that is a very naive interpretation of the work of Jesus the Christ.

They conveniently leave out the words "go and sin no more" when talking about Christ's acceptance of sinners. He wasn't accepting sinners. He was accepting the truly repentant heart.
