Not defending Bop Lopes --- he's dead wrong on his suppression of Fr. Treco and the St. Basil parish -- but I deny you can tell a person's sexual orientation from his picture.

If he's a (1) Bishop and (2) looks like a fag, then he's a fag. It's basically 100percent certain when you have these two factors together.
