This has nothing to do with God. They will all be judged on judgement day.
That is absurd. God knows what is going one and has a purpose for all that He ordains or allows, making all things work out to the good of those who love God (and thus what is Good), whether it be allowing the devil to attack Job, or in order to turn the lost to the Truth, and in chastising disobedience. Which includes using the lost for that purpose, while in longsuffering letting the evil of the latter to be more manifest, and thus abhorred (no one i know names his kid Hitler).

Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things. Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. And the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel; and he said, Because that this people hath transgressed my covenant which I commanded their fathers, and have not hearkened unto my voice; I also will not henceforth drive out any from before them of the nations which Joshua left when he died: That through them I may prove Israel, whether they will keep the way of the Lord to walk therein, as their fathers did keep it, or not. (Judges 2:20-22)
For I am with thee, saith the Lord, to save thee: though I make a full end of all nations whither I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee: but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished. (Jeremiah 30:11)
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28)
