In an interview with America magazine, the editor of the revised edition, Archbishop Rino Fisichella, said that Pope Francis’ “intervention” should be seen as an example of the “dynamic nature” of tradition.

Jesus taught that he changed not one dot or tittle of holy scripture. Someone close to Rome needs to slip Pope Francis a copy of the Bible

The pope can not arbitrarily change a thing in the Catechism. Use of the Death Penalty has been allowed in extreme cases for 2000 years. JP2 never attempted to changed it, but JP2 was a real Catholic, not a fraud like Bergoglio.
