As someone raised a Roman Catholic, I find that article which lumps Jesus in with Marx and people who engaged in the Inquisition and the Nazi Holocaust absurd and highly offensive. As an adult, I have never practiced an organized religion for this very reason. Organized religions all engage in one form or another of bigotry against those who do not practice their religion. It is possible to have deeply held religious beliefs without belonging to an organized religion.
