It is not in question that Jehovah Elohim can and may create or revive life in a supernatural way:
o He breathed life into the body of man created from earthly elements: Gen. 2:7

o He answered the intercessory prayer of Elisha: 2 Kings 4:34-35

o He answered the appeal of Martha through the intercessory prayer of Jesus: John 11:3,21-22,41-42,44

o He answered the intercessory prayer of Simon Peter: Acts 9:40

o Jesus as God was able to do so without intercession and out of pure compassion: Lk. 7:12-15

In the case cited in this article, under close inspection it is claimed that the gift of life was either persistent and/or restored to the infant through the natural residual oxygen remaining from the umbilical transfer, administration of oxygen by he EMT procedures (presumably they severed the umbilical cord); and/or by the supernatural intervention by God when other natural methods failed. This is a well-supported fact.

What is rather insolent and impertinent is to presume that

o A physically dead human of religious fame was actually reborn in the spirit and hence in Heaven;

o and even if so, able to sense the communication of the earthling and respond to it;

o that the God, Who is omniscient, is not aware of the situation without the shade of Sheen bringing it to His attention;

o that His Will in the matter is less pertinent than that of Sheen, which would be influenced by the preferential will of the concerned earthlings;

o and additionally that the desire to drag the innocent's soul back into the cruel, corrupt, sinful realm for the parents' own gratification rather than letting his soul pass into the hands of The God, to receive His Perfect Love without interruption,

o that the reputation of Fulton Sheen might be glorified, even though that of The Father and His Christ might possibly receive some credit (Is. 42:8, 48:11, Jn. 11:4, 17:24).

My FRiend, do you not agree with me, as I do with you, that there is something fishy about this whole recounting of the incident?

Certainly, as all these types of “miracles” are.
