Agreed! Now ministers for Christ who are truly doing God’s work should certainly earn our respect, but it’s not about a specific organization or Church, when we have Christ in us the temple is in us!
1 Corinthians 3:16 -
“Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?”
Things get convoluted (as they most often do with man) when people try to make man’s existence for the benefit of the church (usually his/their own church) rather than the church’s existence for the benefit of man.
