I can't prove this Biblically, but I believe that "smart" phones will be used in flagging people who reject the Mark of the Beast (no, I don't think the Church is here for that, but regardless). It will be like scene out of "They Live" in the store where they all talked into their watches.

It is no secret that smart phones are people trackers.
China is one angle, but I do not think the Beast is going to have geographical boundaries. Our very own government has become Beastly in the last 100 years. NWO is NOT from God.
