It reminds me of how my dear Dad explained this prayer to me when I was just a 7-year-old girl (back in the 50’s!)

My Daddy gave his heart to Christ piloting a landing craft onto the beach at Okinawa when he was 18. He instilled his love in all of us kids and taught us to pray together.
