His arguments are BS.
God never condoned nor created slavery but allowed for it as man made and demanded that such slaves be treated equitably and with compassion even and not to be treated as “just property”
This is not to say that slavery is good but that it’s a state of human nature. Even Alexandra Cortez as intimated that many Americans are effectively “slaves”
Freedom from the food laws is just that - not a foundation for “enlightened extrapolation” to sex laws. His same reasoning here could be used to say that child sacrifice is good and allowed by God because it shows a break from the Old Testament laws.
Then he just completely abandons the Bible altogether and says we’ve got women priests and we’re still here and faithful (and I’d argue that pal)
