A few month's old, but I just read this. I think there is clearly arrogance within the Catholic Church hierarchy, and indeed in probably too many clergy of all stripes. I think involvement of the laity in oversight is not a bad idea. Thoughts?

I’ve read some quotes from eatlrly saints and theologians that say the floor of he’ll is paved with the skulls of bishops, and the like.

New York and Illinois have just passed the most barbaric, baby killing laws ever to be recorded in the American legal codicil. The vile governors gleefully and publicly signed these abominations The Catholic Cardinals of New York, Dolan and Chicago, Cucich have said and done virtually nothing. Witness how the homosexual corruption of the Catholic Church has destroyed its moral authority.

it is too much of the good ol boys club.....which is okay and works well when the good ol boys are moral and ethical, but when they are not, look out....

the bottom line in any corruption is MONEY....how do we the laity stop the money from supporting evil...
