Amen to that. I tend to alternate between gasoline-fumes-accelerated anger, and go-back-to-bed despondency. One spiritual advisor directs me to read the Book of Psalms, the other, the Sermon on the Mount.
And then, say to the Lord: What do you want of me? Here I am Lord, I come to do your will.
