I gotta tell ya......Ive been to Catholic funerals and Episcopals in my ignorant opinion seem to be very similar. I stand corrected. My point is I didnt know if I was coming or going.......do I stand, do I repeat or whatever. I was embarrassed to say the least. Melania is Catholic and the President is Presbyterian and Im not questioning their lack of the Creed and its no ones damn business if they did or not.
Eppiscopalians are basically pretend Catholics. They have a Catholic ceremony but do not believe in Christian teachings. They are more like Unitarian Universalists. In particular, they worship a “Spirit” (not the Holy Spirit) who is doing a “New Thing,” e.g., legitimizing homosexuality, transgenderism, polyamory, etc. They do not believe in the authority of Scripture, among other things.

And that, my friend, is why I am no longer a member of the Episcopal Church. I was sad to have to leave after so many years but it had to happen. I pray that one day they will see their error and repent but I’m not holding my breath.

Geeze, I hate to hear that. That’s everything my Baptist teaching tells me is wrong..........;(
